 Reiki at Shining Light 

A typical Reiki session:

We will start by discussing your goals or any specific areas of tension before starting. You remain fully clothed, lying down on a massage table or sitting comfortably, often covered with a blanket.

I will place my hands in various positions (usually covering the head, torso, and back) for a few minutes per spot, allowing energy to flow.

Clients frequently experience deep relaxation, mild tingling, warmth, or a sense of peace. A standard treatment lasts between 60 to 90 minutes.

I can also offer Distance Reiki which I send energy to a client who is not physically present. This usually lasts 30 mins.
